Weather
At the end of June, Madrid enjoys warm and sunny weather, with average daytime temperatures usually ranging between 28°C and 32°C. Evenings are generally mild, although temperatures can remain high during summer nights. Light clothing, comfortable footwear, sun protection, and a reusable water bottle are recommended.

Currency and payments
The official currency of Spain is the euro (€). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, shops, and most services. ATMs are readily available throughout Madrid, including at the airport, train stations, and in city centres. It is advisable to check with your bank about possible international transaction fees before travelling.

Electricity
Spain uses a 230 V supply voltage and 50 Hz frequency. Power sockets are Type F (the standard European two-pin plug with grounding contacts). Visitors from countries using different plug types may need a travel adapter.
